Michael Gotta
Michael has loved running since he was a child, and began competing in races in middle school. He is a certified UESCA* Endurance Running Coach, and has several years of running coaching experience. Originally with high school cross country and track & field (indoor and outdoor) teams, Michael now looks to work with individuals. Michael understands the hard work and dedication that it takes if you want to succeed in your goals, and he’d like to help you in yours!
*UESCA is a science-based coaching certification program that trains coaches in how to create personal coaching plans tailored to your individual needs. Unlike many coaching services that may give you a cookie-cutter training plan with little adjustment for your particular needs, Gotta Run recognizes that the human body is incredibly unique and each person deserves to have a plan that is adapted specifically to their strengths, weaknesses, and overall fitness goals.

Online Only Plans
Looking for a coach to help you achieve a running or health goal but don't feel like you need in person services? I can work with you on week-by-week online plans and send them your way!
In-Person Plans
Looking for the investment of a coach who will follow you step-by-step and stay on you? Just want a weekly meet up session for encouragement? I want to be your coach!
