Based off of an initial interview process we will determine if we are the right fit for one another and then I will begin to formulate a running schedule for you. This will be paid for weekly, monthly, or yearly, based on your preference. Payment will be through Paypal or Venmo. A standard cost cannot be given as each clients’ needs and desires for what they can afford and their commitment to success will be different, so please contact me for more information – but to give you an idea of what it might cost and have as much possible transparency, see below.
Consultations between myself and clients start at $50/hr per video session. Depending on the reason for consultation, it may be more. See Biomechanics Assessments for more information.
Personalized virtual running plans start at $60/week, or $200/month.
Check-ins cost $25/hr. These phone check-ins will be essential to keep you on track with your goals and so that I may update your overall running plan. These are best done weekly, but we can do bi-weekly, every other day, etc. If for some reason you do not want to or cannot have these conversations in real time, you can email me and I will respond as soon as possible. If based on your feedback I need to drastically change your plan or make substantial changes to workouts due to injury, sickness, etc. then I will call you to discuss. There will be no cost for you if I call you to discuss changing your plan.
